Introduction to Property Investment

Learn the essential elements of investing in residential property.

This practical course will help you make educated and informed decisions when investing in residential property. There are no text books, assignments or exams. This short course is based on thorough research and taught through real life case studies.

  • Understand the essential elements of property investment including the best suburbs to invest in, what types of property to buy and not to buy
  • Knowledge of the tax implications for property investment
  • Knowledge of undervalued and gentrifying suburbs in Adelaide which have good potential for capital growth

After finishing Peter's short courses on property, I was confident and skilled enough to start my own business by applying the knowledge he skilfully and simply imparted. The profits, employment and ongoing income I've made are a direct result of the weeks I spent learning from Peter. Without doubt the most engaging course I've done with the best return on investment.

I am now looking to further my studies with a degree course in property.
