    Derrick is a very experienced corporate trainer having worked all around Australia, in the USA and New Zealand. Derrick specialises in developing people for success. Utilising his extensive history of challenges and success and elite specialisation within his life generally and then STAR Group (where he was a Sniper, Diver and Counter-Terrorist operator) he uses real life scenarios that participants can relate to making training interesting and relevant.
    Derrick has worked for almost 20 years across almost every industry – finance, manufacturing, accounting, risk-management, education, hospitality, sales and auditors, both in the public and private sectors.
    As Past President and Board Member of the National Speakers Association of Australia Derrick’s brings a further depth of knowledge and experience in adult education to the training role. Derrick’s training style is practical and pragmatic, he provides technical skills and knowledge and also ensures success by building the confidence, courage and capacity of participants.
