    Known as a High Performance Leader, Ally is the Founder and head of Leadership Strategy at Made For More. Ally has been working as a leader and with leaders for the past 15 years. Ally now works with leaders and organisations to build their leadership capability, specifically around Courageous Conversations. Her approach has been described as ‘modern, fresh and uplifting’, Ally combines her years of leadership experience with neuro-science and linguistic expertise to cut through and get to the root cause of the problem. Also a mother of four young boys, Ally knows how to get stuff done while managing the juggle. She is on a mission to change the way we talk at work.
