      Nick is a strategy, project and quality management consultant who has completed over 50 projects in senior leadership and strategic roles include Portfolio and Program Management, Program Director, Digital Transformation Manager, IT Manager and consulting roles for various organisations such as IBM, Telstra, 3Pillars Asia Pacific, Business SA, the State Government, NCVER, Torrens University Australia and BAE Systems Australia. Nick has a passion for learning, coaching, collaboration and helping others with over 20 years of teaching experience. He has completed a BSc, MBA(Adel), MPM(Adel), and a PhD in Strategic Project Management in 2019. He is active in research in the areas of strategy and Generative AI, organisational agility, project portfolio management and project management with over 25 global publications.
