Immediately following our attendance at the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Advanced) course we utilised our newly acquired toolkit of knowledge and skills to reassess the merits of a capital project which had reached approval stage. It quickly became apparent through capturing, measuring and analysing data that by implementing process improvement measures we would be able to achieve the increase in plant performance we were aiming for without committing to new capital equipment purchases. This training course effectively delivered our business a $600,000 saving within 1 month of attendance.past participant
