    Madhu is driven by the vision to help high-potential professionals step up as leaders. She has close to 10 years of corporate experience working in large multi-national organizations like PWC and HSBC Bank where she led people-transformation projects in the areas of culture transformation, diversity and Inclusion, talent management, and leadership development. Madhu combines her experience in driving people-centric change in organisations with insights from neuroscience to achieve high-impact leadership transformation. Her experience spans across several industries including banking and financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, and conglomerates. Madhu is also the author of the book ‘Stride, A woman's guide to an extraordinary life, career and leadership'. She excels at simplifying learning solutions and brings a coaching hat during her facilitation to instil behavioural change.
