Sonali has worked within Asia, Europe and the US and has facilitated 500+ in-person workshops across cultures and leadership levels. Her passion is developing inclusive leaders - leveraging diversity and cultivating inclusive teams. Sonali is a published author of a book on leadership and actively writes and creates content on leading teams, and Inclusion and Diversity. She currently serves as a Board Director for Xlent Disability Services, an NDIS provider in SA.
