  • What is covered in the course?

This course explores you as a leader and manager of others: self-awareness, others’ perceptions, your blind spots. We focus on how you lead and manage now and develop the skills you need to meet your leadership aspirations.

People are the lifeblood of your organisation. It is through them that everything is achieved. Their continuous engagement is vital for success. This has always been the case, of course, but in an increasingly competitive and disruptive environment, is becoming even more so.

Whatever your organisation’s core business, competition, complexity and uncertainty are all increasing rapidly. It is vital they perform at their best: as an individual, as a team, on task forces – wherever they are needed.

Perhaps more than any other factor, it is this commitment and engagement that distinguishes a high-performance organisation. More vital than ever are the skills needed to lift that level of commitment, inspiration and engagement.
